We understand that plans can change, and we aim to remain as flexible as possible for our clients. However, to ensure the smooth operation of our services and to maintain fairness to all our clients, we have established the following cancellations and refund policy.
Cancellations
- Time Frame: Clients may cancel their bookings within 3-4 days of the original booking date. To cancel your booking, please contact our support team via email at support@thecreativecircle.com or through our customer service hotline.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after the 4-day window will not be eligible for a refund. We encourage our clients to review their bookings and make any necessary cancellations within the designated timeframe to ensure eligibility for a refund.
Refunds
- Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made within the 3-4 day period after booking. The refund will be processed using the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Service Commencement: Once a service has commenced, we are unable to offer a refund. Our team dedicates resources and time to prepare for each service, and as such, we cannot offer refunds once a service has started, unless The Creative Circle deems it appropriate under exceptional circumstances.
- Exceptional Circumstances: The Creative Circle reserves the right to consider refunds after the commencement of service under exceptional circumstances. These are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of The Creative Circle management.
Non-Refundable Services
Please note that some services may be non-refundable once booked. These exceptions will be clearly stated during the booking process and in your booking confirmation. We encourage clients to carefully review the terms and conditions of their selected services.
Modifications
If you wish to modify your booking (e.g., change of date or service type), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability and the nature of the service. Some modifications may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to you before any changes are made.
